Hi, I'm Shawn Rexroat and I know architecture. 

Since graduating from the University of Virginia with my Master of Architecture over 20 years ago, I've been actively involved in the world of architecture – planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of countless projects, large and small.  I’ve had the pleasure of working on office buildings, restaurants, luxury car dealerships, you name it.  But my underlying passion has always been residential design, so I decided to focus on that and provide a more personal approach, helping people like you achieve your ideal living space.

Every project is unique and very personal.  I tailor each design, as well as my services, to meet your individual needs, whether it's a new kitchen in Highlands, NC, a kosher kitchen renovation in Atlanta, new home construction in Cashiers, NC, or a small laundry-to-mud room conversion in Johns Creek.  At our first meeting, I'll ask LOTS of questions and, most importantly, LISTEN to understand what is or isn't working for you today. My goal is to design custom spaces that are not only beautiful but make sense functionally. I design spaces that work efficiently and flow, while still being dazzling to the eye.
